Cotton, the most versatile of all textile fabrics

Cotton, one of the world’s oldest textile fibers, has been used for thousands of years.

Now, researchers at the University of Queensland have developed a way to use it to make a range of textile products.

They have created cotton bale, silk cotton tree and cotton club that are incredibly versatile and can be woven into fabric, clothing, footwear and even clothes for pets.
